I have permission from their daughter to do their work. I submitted permission over a month ago but has not been approved. I haven't heard from anyone about why the delay. I have called but still not approved. What is my next step to get this approved?

The internal FamilySearch group that handles these request are behind and it could take 6 to 8 weeks to get an approval with their current workload. Thank you for your patience.
