How can I have original ordinance dates show so that work is not repeated

My husband's direct line ancestor, Johan Jost Pletsch, PID MKP7-PZ8, shows sealing to spouse completed in 1973 in the Provo Utah Temple. The family group sheet kept by the family shows a baptism 27 Sep 1973, Prov; End 12 Oct 1973, Provo; SP 24 Oct 1973 Provo; SS 19 Sp 1973, Provo. We have a copy of the TIB for sealing to spouse in 1973, record # 7304029 05. I looked at the TIB records that are at BYU, but his were not in that collection.

The other ordinances did not show up in Family Tree so a grandson reserved them and started working on them... again. We now have the remaining ordinances reserved while we work on the problem. I realize that there should be a duplicate in the system with those ordinances on him, but have not found anymore to combine. We do not have a record of his wife's ordinances, so have now completed those. I do not know what to do next to get this accurately recorded in FamilyTree. It is possible we will need to just finish them but are trying to avoid duplication. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

You concern about Johan Jost Pletsch's ordinance will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need more information. Watch for the red dot next to the envelope top right on this screen.
