Which military date do I index?

On the right side of the page, several individuals have what look like transfer dates under their names. Am I correct in indexing the muster roll date at the top of the page for these individuals, even though the other dates for them are earlier than the muster roll date by a few weeks?

Thanks!

Yes, the only date that trumps the muster roll date is the actual enlistment date, per the priority list given in the Military Date (Day, Month and Year) Field Helps.
