Middx, Eng 1569 name help

Hello - The surnames in entries 16, 22 and 31 are difficult. Are they all Strainger or is only entry 16 Strainger and the other two strangers.... ? Thanks for any help

    I think that 22 and 31 are strangers for two reasons. Other people in this collection are listed as "a strainger was buried". There most likely wouldn't have been middle names in that period (1569). Weren't they more 18th - 19th century? I vote for Rowland Greene and John Wright.

    I agree with you Melissa. The first person's name Strainger is spelled with a capital 'S' and the other people are strainger with a lower case 's' - something I hadn't noticed - lovely writing as you say
