Hello, my best friend died in March 27th, 2019. His mom wrote a letter authorizing to do his baptism. It is attached to this email and its translation from Spanish to English is below.

His full name is Alcides Emmanuel Leiva and his number/code in FamilySearch is GZKB-N2X.

Please let me know as soon as possible when can I start his ordinances as he appears to me in dreams everyday, I know he wants this done.

Thank you very much.

    @Heidi Kuosmanen

    Heidi

    It's 'Brett'.

    As an aside ...

With that 'Prefix' of "NA" ...

I gather, that "E-mail" Address, for 'FamilySearch' "Support", is for Users/Patrons, from "North America".

WHAT about, Users/Patrons, who are NOT, from "North America"/

Where, is there a "Knowledge Article" (or, "Document"), in 'FamilySearch', that "Lists", ALL the "E-mail" Addresses, for 'FamilySearch' "Support", for ALL the OTHER "Regions" of the World?

    Can you please advise.

    Because ...

    The "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

    Contact Us

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/contact-us

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/contact-us

DOES NOT, "List", ANY "E-mail" Addresses.

    And ...

The OTHER "Reason", that I ask, is that of late, "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel) ], HAVE (for some reason) been referring Participants (in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum), to "Contact" their "Regional" 'FamilySearch' "Support"; because, they say, that as they are from "North America" [ie. "Support"]; and, that they CANNOT, pass the matter, "Up-the-Line"; and, that is despite the fact, that the 'Posts'/'Comments', are in "English"; and, relate to "Generic" problems/issues, that have ALREADY been raised (eg. Problems/Issues, "Uploading", a GEDCOM File) in this Forum - this matter is "Very" DISTURBING, to say the least.

As, I thought, that this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, was "Global", in nature ...

And, that "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel) ] could help/assist ...

NO matter, where a User/Patron was from; and /or, where a "Moderator" was from ...

    or, is that WRONG ...

I am just, concerned; and, confused ...

    'Thank You' in advance.

Humbly submitted for your, information; attention; and, consideration.

Your cooperation, would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards

MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU IN THIS IMPORTANT WORK

    Yours Faithfully,

    Brett
