Temple Reservation list
I went to print my Temple Reservation list today and it would not allow me to print anything more than what showed on the computer screen. A week or so ago I was able to print my whole Temple list, page by page, now I am not able to. Just two or three names at a time. What do I need to do to be able to print the whole Reservation list?
Hello @Lyle Coletti, I have replicated what you were trying to do and my list appears ready to print. Perhaps you could start by clearing your cache & cookies from your browser. Sometimes this causes glitches to resolve. If you are unsure how to do this, please see the article below 🙂0
Thank you LG Preston for your help, unfortunately it did not solve my situation and I am not sure where to go from here. Like I said previously until a week ago there was no problem printing my Reservation list. There have been no changes to our computer system and no changes to our browser. I am not sure now how to solve this problem, are there any other suggestions?

I printed 2 family names to take to the temple but the print is very small. I need to reprint0
Thank you Christine for responding to my question, I can print the Ordinance cards ok, it is my complete Reservation list that I am unable to print. As I have said previously, until a week or two ago, I had no problem printing it. Now I cannot print the who list, not the Ordinance cards, but my Temple Reservation list. Any suggestions?
This is a known issue. When names are ticked on one page of the Ordinance List, guest will need to print those before moving to the next page. If Patron moves to the next page, the names on the first page will become unticked. Patrons can use the filter feature to try to get the names on one page to print from that page.
It has also been suggested that others had to print one page at a time using the browser print function.

Thank you Sanra for you comments. That is the problem, it will not let me print the whole page, just what is on the screen. However a suggestion was made that it might be tied to the filter problem that I am having, I cannot filter things. That problem has been sent to another department. Once that situation is solved, it is hoped that my printing issue will be also solved. If not we are back to square one.

This is a problem for me as well. Can the change that was made be changed back? Perhaps if the full list is displayed on a screen or ability select how many to display on a page this would help.0
when transfering names from my reservations to shared the counter at the upper left hand corner shows that i have 96 names left in my reservation. After transfering 30 to shared with temple it shows that I have 95. After transfering 33 to shared with the temple it shows i have 94. I guess I don't understand how this works. It seems to take forever to transfer names. Any help?0
