Missing Ordinances

My uncle's FamilySearch record is correctly linked to his parents, but his temple ordinances are showing as ready to complete. I have his membership record from his old ward (many years ago) showing the dates he was baptized, confirmed, sealed to his parents, and ordained as a deacon. How can I get those dates into FamilySearch? He passed away in 2019, and that date is showing in FamilySearch, so I'm confused as to why his ordinances do not show.
