  • My cousin's wife's ordinance status says it is "not available". Why? She passed away four years ago. How do I contact FamilySearch Support? In the past I contacted FSS with a short message and the person's number, but now that feature has gone away.

You will need to go to the Community section of FamilySearch and scroll to the bottom of the page till you see categories, click on Temple, click on the blue plus sign, click on ask a question. Enter the name of the person, the id number, the information that the Temple Ordinances are not available and your relationship to the person. Do not enter any personal information such as your email, phone etc. You then click on post comment. It will be posted and a FamilySearch Missionary will investigate your problem. If additional information is needed you will be contacted by private message. If they resolve your problem you will also be contacted and they will also post it to your comment in the Community.
