Hi, I'm trying to upload my family tree in Family Search website since December 22, 2021 but it seems all blocked. How can i remove the previous upload and re upload the new GEDCOM file? If i click on "Upload Gedcom File" I get this error "Unable to upload files larger than 300MB."

PS. My Gedcom file is about 6MB size.

Thank you

    @Gioele Citton

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    This is a REPORTED (and, therefore, KNOWN) problem/issue, that is CURRENTLY being investigated.

    [ ie. And, has now been reported in quite a number of recent posts, of late ... ]

    Please refer to this (recent previous) post:

    Sorry ...

    It is now, just a matter of, waiting, until such, is addressed/fixed ...

    I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.

    @Sanra

    Its 'Brett'.

    Seriously ...

    Question: WHAT has this particular 'Post', go to do, with "... the Italian Groups in the Community ..."?

    [ Regardless, of WHERE, a Participant, may "Reside" ... ]

    Please advise.

    This particular 'Post', relates to, the UNSUCCESSFUL "Upload", of a GEDCOM File, into the "Genealogies" Part, of 'FamilySearch'!

    This particular 'Post', has NOTHING to do with "... the Italian Groups in the Community ..."!

    As such ...

    PLEASE; Please; please ...

    PASS ON, this particular 'Post', up the line, in conjunction, with the aforementioned 'Post', that I referenced.

    As, they ARE "Related".

    Humbly submitted, for your IMMEDIATE, information; attention; and, consideration.

    'Thank You' in advance.

    Your cooperation, would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU IN THIS IMPORTANT WORK

    Yours Faithfully,

    Brett

    @Sanra

    About 6 minutes after your response to @Brett1 you effectively acknowledge at https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/422356#Comment_422356 that this is a known, broad issue. Perhaps it would be best to withdraw your advice, "You might wish to post your concern in one of the Italian Groups in the Community", as it is not an "Italian issue" so this would be of no help whatsoever.
