I had problems seeing records on Myheritage through FamilySearch. My password wouldn't work, so I reset the password. Now when I go to try and view a record it says I need to pay. I tried calling Myheritage but a recording said I needed to be a paying customer for support.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello and thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like you are having trouble seeing records on MyHertitage through FamilySearch. You said you reset the password (on MyHeritage?) and now get a message that you need to pay. I'm not sure I have the right answer but I wonder if you may need to just reconnect your FamilySearch account with MyHeritage. If you'd like to give that I try here are the steps to take:

Make sure to be logged in to FamilySearch. Then scroll down to the bottom of any FamilySearch page and you'll see a link that says Solutions Gallery. Once you click on Solutions Gallery scroll down a bit until you see MyHeritage for Latter-Day Saints under the Latter-Day Saints Access section. After clicking on MyHeritage for Latter-Day Saints click Get Started. From here you will have a few options. My suggestion is to start first with the option to Sign in to connect your account. If that doesn't work, go back and try another option.

Hopefully, this solves the issue but if it doesn't you may want to reach back out for further help.
