How to edit the Family History Center pop-up on the specific location.

I can edit my Family History Center website page found on the map on wiki but not the pop-up that has the link to the page. The information needs updating but I can't figure out how to do it. I see the pop-up from the map when I click on my location icon on the map. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

FYI

I was the SAME.

I had the CORRECT 'Calling' applied (ie. Stake. Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre).

Unfortunately, such still did not allow, access/edit rights to "CDOL".

In the end, I had to ring/contact, the "Global Service Centre", to get them to address/fix the problem/issue.

It took some time and a number of calls, to get it finally addressed/fixed.

[ And, I have been a Staff Member, of Family History Centres", of the Church, for many Years ... ]

Just in passing ...

In relation, to your, "Family History Centre", of the Church ...

That can be actioned, by accessing, "Church Directory of Organistations and Leaders" (CDOL).

The Stake/District "Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (eg. Formerly, "Director"), SHOULD have the access and ability to do such, in CDOL.

IF, the Stake/District "Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre", DOES NOT, have such access (which they SHOULD obtain); THEN, the member of the "High Council" responsible for "Temple and Family History" Work, should have such; or, a member of the "Stake/District Presidency" (Including: "Clerk") WILL have such.

What FHC number and what do you want to edit ?

I want to edit the hours, notes and phone # on the pop up from the map.

That information can be changed in CDOL if you are the director and it then syncs with the dropdown map pages

I have the FH Center added to my responsibilities but am not able to log into CDOL. I have talked with the clerk and he is unable to edit the information. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Stake Temple & Family History Centre Consultant is usually given the access rights to CDOL. Try contacting this Sister or Brother.
