How do I find the names of the parents so I can see where the problem lies?

This sealing-to-parents ordinance is valid. The parents are not listed either because of privacy or because they do not match the parents listed in Family Tree. Click here for more information."
The above is showing on my husband's record as needing to have sealing work done on his parent's information. I have checked to see if there are duplicates. There are not. I have gone through the "Latest Changes" to see if it would show a different name for the parents other than what my record shows. I could not find any. I looked for deletions of parent-child-relationships, and though there are some listed, my record does not reflect it...at least I could not see it if it did. Can you help me?
My husband's name is "Eugene Taylor Thompson" (LJQ9-152). It says I have to repeat the ordinance for his parents and him (SP), which I do not want to do as the work was already done. I just need to find out where the problem lies in correcting his record. The following is what I don't want to repeat...
"SP
Sealing to Parents
In Progress - Not Printed
Phyllis Lyman Thompson
Reserved on 6 March 2020
Expires on 28 December 2023
Male Elmer Taylor Thompson • KWCC-PXP
Female Margaret Marie or Dollie Dawson • KWCC-PX2
(Preferred Parents)"
I reserved it so no one else would come along and repeat the work for them. Thank you for helping me. Sincerely, Phyllis L. Thompson (KWHF-W5R)
