Completed Temple ordinances not recorded!

Good morning! My name is Cameron Elwood and I am currently doing my genealogy on my mother's side of the family. My mother has completed a lot of her ancestor's work up to sealings, however, those ordinances were never recorded on the family tree and it shows that they can be requested. I have temple cards that prove that these ordinances were completed, down to the date they were done. Is there any way to change this? Here are the people's identification numbers.

Ricardo Medrano Amaya : L15V-ZJ8

Arcedith Medrano Amaya: G738-KYW

Ornando Medrano Amaya: GH4P-JFN

Erlinda Amaya Blanco: GH4P-JFN

Manuel Amaya Blanco: G7W9-CMF

Felix Amaya Blanco: G7WS-S4P

Maria Zalone Amaya Blanco: G7W9-F21

Bernabe Diaz Rosa: G738-LV5

Thank you!
