ORDINANCE QUESTION
On May 6, 2020 (permission email attached) I was granted permission to do my aunt's temple work (Nelida Ines Lorenzi, LXVX-BSJ). In December 2021, I sent her name and ID# to my daughter so that 2 of my granddaughters could do her baptism and confirmation for her, which they did.
I had asked my daughter to please return Nelida's name to me so I could complete the remaining ordinances. She mistakingly sent Nelida's (my aunt) information back to FamilySearch instead of to me. So when I went to my Ordinances page (under Temple) I discovered that her name wasn't there. So I went to my aunt's name in our family tree to see what had happened, and why I didn't get her name back. Well, she mistakingly returned her name to FamilySearch instead of to me, and now it is telling me that I have to "request permission" to get her ordinances done.
Can you help me please? I am anxious to complete her work....As you can see, I have already been granted permission (on May 6 2020). Thank you for your help. Sylvia Deschamps
