Sealing to parents

My late husband was sealed to his parents on 16 October 2014 at the Preston England Temple. It was on his behalf a living ordinance and I was present.

Today I found a duplicate person. I do not know who has added him. I have merged him but now it says this This sealing-to-parents ordinance is valid. The parents are not listed either because of privacy or because they do not match the parents listed in Family Tree.

And then says sealing to parents is available. As far as I am aware there is no difference in the parents and no other parents are listed. I have done all the research on his behalf. Stephen's twin brother Michael was sealed posthumously at the same time and this is not flagged up in his details.
