My completed ordinance count remains the same. Why?

I have a number of new ordinances being completed this last week but, the total completed remains the same. Could you explain this or send my question to someone who would know the answer? Thank you so much. Gary Hansen

The Temple completed list has a maximum of 3000 names. Here are some reasons you may not see some of the ordinances completed.
Your completed ordinances list does not always list every ordinance that you complete.
Here are the most common reasons why a completed ordinance does not show up on your list:
- You did an ordinance for a name given to you at the temple. (It was a “temple name.”)
- Another member gave you a family name card. The completed ordinance appears on the list of the person who reserved the ordinance and printed the card.
- The ordinance was invalidated.
- The ordinance cannot be displayed. If you look at the person’s ordinance status in Family Tree, it is listed as “Not available.”
- The card has not yet been scanned. Wait for 24 hours, and try again.
- The card was not scanned at the temple, or the scan did not process correctly. Please speak with the temple recorder in the temple where the ordinances were performed. If no record exists for an ordinance that you believe was completed, the ordinance will need to be redone.
- The ordinance was done more than 25 months ago or is not one of the most recent 3,000 items of temple work you completed.
Hopefully this answers your question.
