Has this person, Michael Lee Newton L593-HJR, already been baptized?

When I asked this question about six months ago, the answer was I would need to show a death certificate of this person. I am sending a copy below of a requirement for cremation/burial-Transit Permit if that would do.

Was Michael Lee Newton ever baptized? His ID # is L593-HJR.

He lived with our family a few years through the Church Placement Program.

I didn't see any answer given. I understand that a certificate showing his death date before you can answer my question. Here is the information I found. Will this suffice?

While you are waiting for an answer you could go ahead and attach the certificate as a source or into memories to his PID L5P3-HJR. Also I really think you would get more help if a MOD would move your post from General Question to the Temple category.
