Illinois Deed Records: Do I index both husband and wife?

I am indexing US, Illinois, Monroe County—Deed Records, 1816–1900[M3JJ-QZP]

Should I create separate Entries for each husband? Each wife?

It seems important to have the names of both husband and wife recorded, so I wonder if I should create an Entry for each of them.

I believe I answered this for myself by reading and re-reading the project instructions. Too bad the examples don't answer every question!
