Heinrich Z'binden und Barbara
Z'walen ein tochter toufft, heisset
Barbara. Zügen sind Jacob Z'binden [unusual abbreviation?]
zu Hetzelschwendi (https://search.ortsnamen.ch/de/record/309047849/) [+], und Jacobs Z'walen [+] und Anna Rhudo(?)
Schünis wÿb zum thürlein, Madlena
Jutzeler. Actum 29. Julÿ 1604
The "+" is not connected to a death, just a mark where a short addition should be placed.

Do I understand this record correctly? Heinrich Zbinden and Barbara Zwalen had a daughter, Barbara, baptized on 29 July 1604. The "+" does not mean that she died as an infant. The witnesses to the baptism were Jacob Zbinden from Hetzelschwendi, Jacob Zwalen and Anna Rhudo. I do not understand what "Schünis wÿb zum thürlein, Madlena Jutzeler" means.

Correct - the "+" was used to show where the missing words (added on the left side) should be fitted in ... no indication that Barbara died young.
With the last few lines I was not quite sure myself: "Zügen [wittnesses] sind Jacob Z'binden zu Hetzelschwendi und Anna Rhudo und Jacobs Z'walen Schünis wÿb zum thürlin, Madlena Jutzeler." ... so I had another look.
Jacob Z'binden zu Hetzelschwendi is clear.
Anna Rhudo: not a familiar Swiss name, seems to exist in France. Would there be any connection to Jacob Z'binden - or why would the name be inserted, instead of just added at the end?
Last one: Madlena Jutzeler - just another wittness.
Leaves "Jacobs Z'walen Schünis wÿb zum thürlin": wÿb (old) = Weib = Jacob Z'walen's wife. "Schünis" could be a nickname to differentiate the Jacob Zwahlen from other people with the same name. Thürlin refers to the location Thürli (https://search.ortsnamen.ch/de/record/309047762/).
