On FamilySearch I came across a entry for John Schenk ID No MGLN H1W born 27 September 1904 Pennsylvania, United States. Fanilysearch has Baptism and Confirmation Temple Ordinces being completed before his birth on 18 September 1888 in Logan Temple.

How do you contact Familysearch to get this matter resolved.

When were the ordinances completed? You will see ordinance from your Temple list recorded for a space of time, but they are removed after that. The following article link may be helpful.

    Hope it helps.
