Family Search Catalog
Is anyone else having problems with search results in the catalog this week? When I search I receive the message "We are unable to display.........." or the results come up with no options of records to view. I understand some changes were made, but this is very frustrating for it to be a problem for the entire week. Sharon

Were you able to resolve your issue with the FamilySearch Catalog that you were having .

Oh, the Catalog and I have a whole routine now. I try to expand a search result category, it gives the pink message. I refresh the page, it takes away all the results and gives the pink message. I refresh again -- sometimes several times -- and eventually I get the results back, with the chosen category now open, so that I can go to the detail page and proceed as normal.
It doesn't do it every time. Mechanic syndrome: I don't have screenshots.

@Julia Szent-Györgyi - When you see the first pink screen, if you have a program that allows you to take a video, would be willing to record what you do? If you don't, I'd be grateful for screenshots. You can post them here or send them to me in a private message.

Next time it does it, I'll get screenshots, but it hardly seems worth the bother: the catalog is locked and being worked on, and I fully expect it to completely break and become as non-functional as Search, so that we'll be wishing for the current interface, error messages and all.
