Names Missing from my Shared with Temple List

I have some individuals that I shared with the temple. Their baptism and confirmation were completed in December and I want to move the Initiatories to my Family Group so a family member can do them.  However, the names are not in "Shared with The Temple" or My Reservations  Yet, Family Tree shows that I have shared them with the temple.  

LKVZ-4H3 John P Ransom

LR6W-8NZ Richard Gesner Cantrell. 

LYTQ-6CR Harry S. Reed 

I have reset all the filters so it should come up when I search by their ID number. Other names that are in the same situation are coming up when I search by ID, but not these three.

Found one more,  LTKB-9LT Charles Eugene Langdon. His SP shows I shared him with the temple, but he is not on my Temple Reservations list.

We are using Google Chrome and have recently done our housekeeping by deleting our cookies and temporary files.

We were able to find the people you listed above, by searching with their ID numbers.

Hmmm, I was using Google Chrome and cleared my cookies and temp files before sending the message because I still had the problem. Just tried it in Edge and they came up. Cleared cookies again and tried it in Chrome and they came up. Thank you!

You are very welcome! We had to search for Charles Eugene Langdon by name instead of ID, so it was kind of tricky.😊
