Temple Reservations that do not get reserved

In one instance I have been asked to do the Temple work for an elderly Sister s brother - I was sent the link to say the Temple names were ready and when I click the link on the email it tells me to visit my temple reservations page and print the selected cards yet when I check the reservations the names are not there .

On another one I applied for consent to do the Temple work for my deceased Uncles family having got permission from one of his children and having got permission to do the work when I check the reservations they are not there and when I check the family tree the ordinances are still blocked

Any ideas ?

I have done as suggested and still get the same response when I click the email link- there are no new names added to my reservations yet the originator shows the ordinances as being reserved by me

Thank you! Your temple names are ready

The temple ordinances you accepted from Edna May Cullingford have been added to your temple reservation list. Follow these steps to help provide the saving temple blessings:

    1. Visit your temple reservation page.
    2. Select the ordinances you wish to complete.
    3. Click Print to generate the family ordinance cards or ordinance request.

Then, simply take the ordinance cards or request with you on your next temple trip. Thank you.
