Why are my endowment cards not printing with dates of previous ordinances?

I printed temple cards to do endowments for women who have had previous ordinances completed. Unlike in the past, where the date & temple are listed for Baptism, Confirmation, and Initiatory, these cards all have those boxes xxxx-ed out. I'm worried that there will be a question at the temple as to whether I can do the work for these women since the temple worker can't verify that previous work has been completed.

Just in passing ...

For the individuals/person concerned ...
IF, you HAVE verified, that the "Prerequisite" Work, HAS been (and, is RECORDED; as, being) "Completed"; THEN, you SHOULD not, have any problems/issues, with the "Temple" Workers.
Furthermore ...
As far as I was aware, previously, when particular "Ordinances" were "X'ed" out, it meant, that those particular "Ordinance(s)", DID NOT, need to be "Completed" (eg. A Child, who died, before the age of accountability).
As an aside ...
'Just thinking outside of the box' ...
IF, you want; and, you have "Verified", that the "Prerequisite" Work, HAS been (and, is RECORDED; as, being) "Completed"; THEN, for your peace of mind, why not just "Write", the 'Date'; and, the "Temple", that the respective "Ordinances" were "Completed" - NO ONE will fault you for doing that; as, it shows you have done your due diligence.
Just my thoughts.
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
