Please fix these bugs!
- "Deceased person not found" on person detail page: need to refresh page several times for it to resolve and not appear again. Sometimes it also doesn't allow the viewer to see the family without refreshing several times as well. It happens randomly!
- When a relative is discovered on Family Tree that is shared with the Temple, and I reserve it, the work is randomly done before I've had a chance to complete it before the expiration date!

- Sometimes someone else has previously reserved the temple ordinances and printed an ordinance card. Then either they unreserved the ordinances or the ordinances expired off of their list. Then they didn't check to verify that an older printed card had already had ordinances completed before they went to the temple and completed them again. Or, they didn't check to see that someone else had now reserved the ordinance that had expired for them - though they still had a printed card. You can also wait to print out an ordinance card until right before you have a temple appointment so that you don't inadvertently duplicate some work as well.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Unfortunately ...
Although, BOTH, those situations/circumstances appear to be "Bugs" ...
As, 'Amy', has proffered ...
They are NOT "Bugs" ...
The first, is generally just a problem/issue, with one's "Browser" ...
Whereas, the second, is something, that happens; BECAUSE, "Temple" Cards DO NOT "Expire".
[ ONLY "Reservations" of "Temple" Work, actually "Expire", NOT the "Temple" Cards, that have been printed ... ]
And ...
Regarding, "Temple" Cards ...
Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Do family name cards expire?
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/do-family-name-cards-expire
Short Answer: 'No', they DO NOT
But ...
That Said ...
As suggested/advised ...
One SHOULD check, if one's "Reservation" has "Expired"; BEFORE, taking a "Temple" Card, for a "Reservation", that has "Expired", to the "Temple".
Unfortunately ...
Some DO NOT ...
Hence, the situation/circumstance, that you have experienced.
Just my thoughts.
