That batch might be close to expiring, so look out for that when you get back to it.
i suspect that your browser needs “cleaning,”. First, try a different browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). If that solves your problem, then clear cache and cookies on your regular browser and try it again. Here is an article that will help clear just Family Search cookies, which might be all you need to do.
if that doesn’t do it then here is how to clear all browser cache and cookies. Good luck.
