I am unable to reserve the temple work for my cousin Cecil Myron Thomson LT7B-1DJ. I have permission from his sister to do this work: How do I reserve his name?

@lesathomson - The dot is located in the upper right corner of the page. I'm attaching a screenshot. I hope this helps.
