New Discovery Person Page
The Life Summary section of this page appears to be an abbreviated computer generated article which is not necessarily an entirely accurate report of the person's history. For example, my father was married to his first wife in 1932 and divorced her fairly soon after the birth of their son because she left him. This is the only marriage shown. He married my mother in 1945 and was married to her until the time of his death. This is the marriage that should be shown in his Life Summary, if only one marriage is to be shown there. Family members should have the ability to add information to this section. Either both marriages should be shown there or just his second marriage which was long lasting and quite happy.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Like me, I am sure, that there are MANY others, that totally understand, where you are coming from ...
And, there are many, who DO NOT like, the "Content", that appears (ie. is displayed) in the "Discovery Pages"...
Many of us, understand the "Intent", of the "Discovery Pages" ...
Indeed, a very noble endeavor ...
ie.
Enable ANY Person, that is "Searching" the INTERNET, (particularly) for their Ancestors (or, their "Ancestral" Lines), to FIND them, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; and, hopefully, BRING them, to "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', to engender participation; and, become a "Registered" User/Patron, in an effort, to HELP "Build", the SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is, "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; where, we have "Branches" (ie. Ancestral" Lines), that are interconnected.
The problem/issue is; as, you have alluded ...
The "Discovery Pages", DO NOT display, the ACTUAL "Facts"; and, are MISSING some very important "Details".
The "Discovery Pages", are VERY Much, a 'Work in Progress', that NEEDS addressing/fixing.
[ ie. To Display, the ACTAUL Recorded "Facts"; and, INCLUDE ,"All" the important "Details" (eg. OTHER Spouses) ... ]
Just my thoughts.
