I reserved my 3rd Gr Grandfather's name because I know this temple work was done several years ago by someone else but the software program I recorded it in is gone. I presume this happened when his name was merged multiple times. I could not see any merges past 2018.
Please research it and have his endowment restored so we don't have to repeat this ordinance.
