Release a person as Private
in Temple

The help feature on FamilySearch appears to be a black hole lately. I have no idea if any one is monitoring requests.
I have a cousin GH22-ZLF who is still listed as private. She was born in 1906 and passed away in 1951, her name is Marjorie Campbell Euwer. I found her date of passing in Feb 2021 but she is still not in the community tree...only I can see her. She is stuck. I have tried everything I can to resubmit her for her Temple Work but can not as they say I have reach my limit of submissions. Very frustrating. Can anyone help with this situation?
