Missing ordinances

My brother passed away a little over a year ago and I'm working on getting his ordinances up to date. He was baptized and confirmed during his lifetime, but those ordinances are not showing on FamilySearch. We asked the records desk at our local temple and they were able to give us the following information:

Jimmie Aldon Talbot, PID: KWCK-7QR, DOB: 25 FEB 1940, Confirmation date: 4 Dec 1949

Please let me know what I need to do to get his baptism and confirmation dates updated on FamilySearch.

Jimmie's id is listed on my Family Search account as GW5S-TJB, not sure why there's a discrepency.

Here is a link to his obituary:

The private message you were told you received might explain this, but just to be sure you know if this comes up again, and for others who might run into this, I'll explain what you are seeing.

Ordinances done when alive only show up on a person's church membership record. When a person's death is recorded on his membership record, a new Family Tree record is created for that person with information from his membership record including all ordinances.

If your brother's death information was recorded on his church record, then there is a duplicate in Family Tree which you need to find and merge with GW5S-TJB.

If your brother's death information was never recorded on his membership record, then either the ward clerk in the ward where his record is still needs to add it or FamilySearch support needs to add it. Once that is done, you will be able to find the duplicate record and merge.

If that record is suppose to be KWCK-7QR, I do not get any record, then it is still marked as Living or something went wrong in its transfer to Family Tree because when I search for it, I get a message it does not exist in Family Tree.
