Merging live ancestor information from another familysearch profile
I have helped my mom input information for her living family members over the years into her familysearch. Is there a way I can access this same information and automatically add it to my own family search, or is my own option manually adding each living member with a unique ID Number?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
Short Answer: 'No', not really, just enter manually.
As, one CANNOT use, the 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID), of a "Living" individual/person, in/from the "Private Spaces", of ANOTHER User/Patron, for reasons of "Privacy"; because, they are "Living".
But ...
That Said ...
Do not despair ...
There is a way to make it, easier; and, quicker ...
In the case of, You; and, your Mother ...
On the SAME Computer ...
In ONE "Browser" (eg. 'Google' "Chrome"); and, one "Window", have YOUR 'FamilySearch" Account open.
In a SECOND "Browser" (eg. 'Mozilla' "FireFox"); and, ANOTHER (New) "Window", have your MOTHER's 'FamilySearch" Account open.
Now ...
That Done ...
You can now happily (ie. easily; and, quickly), use the "Copy" and "Paste" feature/function/facility, of the Computer, to "Copy" the "Details", of a "Living" individual/person, in your MOTHER's 'FamilySearch" Account, from one "Browser" (":Window"); and, "Paste" those "Details", into a NEW "Living" individuals/person, that you "Create", in YOUR 'FamilySearch" Account, to the other "Browser" ("Window")
Much, easier; and, quicker, than "Typing" it all ...
And, it works, I know, have used such method ...
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Can my living relatives share a Family Tree private space to work together?
Where is states:
Quote
------------------
We currently do not have a way for a family group to share a private space and work together on it.
Multiple users can enter a record for the same living person into their own private space.
- Each record has a different ID number.
- Each record is visible only to the user who entered it.
- When you change a record in your private space, it does not change the same person's record in another user's private space.
- After a person dies, family members need to make all separate records in their private spaces public and then merge them.
