Question about Ordinance Dates for Richard Richins PID LLQX-X98

It appears that there is an error on Family search on the ordinances for my great-great grandfather Richard Richins PID LLQX-X98. I believe specifically that the dates for his initiatory and endowment are incorrect. He died 14 Dec 1848 in England prior to he, or any of his family hearing the gospel. Yet, FamilySearch shows his Initiatory and Endowment date as 18 Dec 1848 (4 days after his death). It is likely that his Initiatory and Endowment was performed by his son Edward on 22 May 1894 when his son Edward went to the Salt Lake Temple and performed the baptism and confirmation ordinances. Could you please research to determine and then let me know the correct date of Richard Richins' Initiatory and Endowment and where they were performed so that I can correct the information.
Thank You,
