Confirmation of Baptisms Do Not Show in the Ordinance Screen

This is a definite problem. Below are just samples. These people were baptized but the confirmation does not show up in the ordinance screen. These were done in the Cedar City temple and I know that all baptisms are confirmed afterwards. This needs to be fixed by Family Search. There used to be a FEEDBACK feature where I could report problems and receive a response to the problem. Where do I go to report problems?
