Merry Christmas!
Are you uploading to Memories?
What error message are you seeing?
Do you know how to clear your cache/cookies?
Do you have another browser installed that you can try?

It's difficult to help when you don't share specifics.
If you can avoid shouting (posting in ALL CAPS), that would be great.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Further to what has already been proffered ...
Just in passing ...
Many of us are NOT having such problems/issues ...
As, the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache", of your "Browser", DO NOT 'seem to be the problem/issue.
Question(s):
WHAT, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", are you using?
Are they up-to-date, with the LATEST versions, of each?
Please advise.
As such, can sometime be a problem/issue, if they are NOT 'Supported" by 'FamilySearch'; or, OLD versions.
Just my thoughts.

Keep us posted ...
It may be, something to do with, the Computers you are using (eg. Age).
Many of the OLDER Computers, DO NOT work, with MANY (of the New/Updated) Programmes, these days.
Question: What "Operating System" are you using?
I am using 'Microsoft' "Windows 10" ...
With the "Browsers" of, 'Google' "Chrome"; and, 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and, occasionally, 'Microsoft' "Edge" ...
WITHOUT significant problem/issue ...
Whereas, I 'hear', that there CAN be Problems/Issues, with the likes of, "Internet Explorer"; &, "Windows 7"
Sorry, I do not use any other "Browsers".

You may have been using the SAME "Browser" for Years ...
But ...
That Said ...
Question:
Is the "Version", of the "Browser" (and, "Operating Systems") UP-TO-DATE, with the LATEST version; or, the previous version?
"Browsers" (and, "Operating Systems") are "Updated" regularly, once must keep one's "Browser" (and, "Operating Systems") up-to-date.
'FamilySearch', supports, a number of "Browsers" (and, "Operating Systems"); but, ONLY as long as they are up-to-date, with either, the LATEST version; or, the previous version.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
Which internet browsers are compatible?
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/which-internet-browsers-are-compatible
And ...
I got a message that the site does not support this browser
How do I keep pop-up blockers from causing issues?
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
As an aside ...
The "Discovery Pages"; being, from "Ancestors.FamilySearch.org", are NEW ...
So, I suspect, that the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch.org", may function/appear BEST in the LATEST versions of "Browsers" (and, "Operating Systems") - they may not work at all, in the OLDER (ie. Earlier) versions of of "Browsers" (and, "Operating Systems").
Just my thoughts.
Good Luck.

@BryanBenoit2 The issue is not what you have done or not done in the past. Every browser needs to have its cache cleared regularly. And with all the recent changes on FamilySearch, we need to clear more often.
