When ordinances aren't available and you are related, the instruction is to "contact FamilySearch Support":

'Alice' is a User/Patron, who often posts here, in this 'Category' of "Temple" (pertaining to "Temple" Work, for Users/Patrons who are Members of the Church), when there are problems/issues, than NEED to be addressed/fixed, thought 'FamilySearch' "Support".
The matter, regrading "SP", for Jesse VINING ( L2WF-7C8 ), being one of those.
Generally, the "Help Centre", will NOT help, with such matters, that one CANNOT address/fix oneself.
Please be aware, that MANY Users/Patrons, who are Members of the Church, post here, in the 'Category' of "Temple" (pertaining to "Temple" Work, for Users/Patrons who are Members of the Church), for problems/issues, that (generally) need to be addressed/fixed, thought 'FamilySearch' "Support".

One can (if available) "Contact" the likes of 'FamilySearch' "Support", directly, via/through (1) Telephone; and/or, (2) a "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat"; but, more often than not, one is directed to use this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, by 'FamilySearch' "Support" when one uses the (1) Telephone; and/or, (2) a "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat".
