Big Gray Bottom

Why is there suddenly a big gray bottom to the indexing page with messages in it. . . . . And everything is greyed out until I select something?

Hi Jerry. I just tried one of my batches on my iPad and don’t have that problem. It could be a browser housekeeping issue (I.e., need to clear cache and cookies), Try a different browser, and if that helps, go back and clean up your regular browser. If both don’t help, please post your batch code so others can try your batch. Also try different a batch or project to see if the problem is unique to one batch or one project. Those steps might help diagnose the problem. Good luck.
