Reviewing pre-nup partially in English and French

I'm reviewing US, Missouri—County Marriages, 1806–1969 [Part O][M9LF-Z3D] which if my high school French (1963) serves me right is a marriage contract or a pre-nup - there is a reference number 2023 on a reference page which I've inserted with the names found by the indexer, no dates and a 2nd ref number 2024 --- should this have been sent back as NED or is it correctly indexed with only the names and blanks entered for the dates --- I added a 2nd entry for #2024
