Improvement Request: Minor but annoying
Some articles in the Help Center are restricted to church members. If you click on a link to one of these without being signed in with a church member account, you get this:
This notice makes it sound like this is a programming error and makes the programmers look foolish because they had no idea this could happen. It also looks rather unprofessional.
In reality, this is purposefully programmed to work this way and is not in the least bit unexpected.
I know this is very minor and you have much higher priorities, but it would really look better if someone could take the time, very little time I hope, to replace it with something more accurate and less flippant. Not "Access Denied." But rather something along the lines of "We're Sorry," or "Limited Access." However, it really doesn't need any kind of title at all, just the explanatory paragraph.
