What happened to Martha Brooke's individual ordinances?

Martha Brooke's temple ordinances were done in 1960. Would someone please fix this? Apparently, she no longer has them. I am referring to Martha Brooke KHRF-D49. Here is a link to the family group sheet submitted to do her work; it is found in the Family Group Records Collection, Archives Section.
