Why were "completed" temple ordinances changed to "not available"?

Regarding temple ordinances for SYBEL BENSON (KW89-9YR), my mother. At the time of her death, 22 Nov 2015, her ordinances all showed completed in Family Tree (FT). Some time between then and now someone made the decision to change "completed" to "not available". I would like to know why that was done? I keep getting inquiries from family members asking why my mother's ordinances are not showing in FT. She and both listed spouses are deceased. All ordinances have been properly completed. FT should reflect that, just as it does for her parents and many other deceased persons who have received all temple ordinances.

What needs to be done in order to have FT reflect ordinances "completed" for SYBEL BENSON (KW89-9YR)?

    @Mark Plehn

    Thank you for posting in the Community about the not available ordinances for Sybel Benson. The following is from an article in the Help Center, found by searching "Not Available" " The ordinance status "Not Available" means that the ordinance information for the person is unavailable to view. "Not Available" can appear for many reasons. " There was a merge on the record of her spouse, Claydon George Ellison Millward,   KWCN-MMX, that may have affected her record.
