Non Members who would like Temple ordinaces doing for their family?

Hi All, we have a sister in our ward who has not been baptised but has been involved with the church for many years now. She is doing her family history and would like a good friend of hers who is a member to do the temple work for her family.

We have tried to submit names on the members account by requesting with permission given, but family search stops us proceeding because she is not related to the person the work is required for.

Is there anyway to help this sister have her temple work done for her ancestors? Thank you.
