I've uploaded 200+ documents and photos, but all of a sudden cannot do so. The tab to upload is "dead" and there's no response at all.
When I asked this question 2 hours ago of the ? tab, it gave me a list of problems (remove cookies, etc.). When I asked again just now, the response went to "how to" for the novice. Please send the link that lists what I need to address on my computer so I can work on the problems with my computer with my family "tech help".

Using W 10 Version 96.0.4664.93 and Google Chrome, I was just able to successfully upload a photo.
Without knowing your resources, apart from you are using a computer, it is difficult to know what to advise, apart from the obvious that you probably have already been told:
Make sure the version of whatever you are using is up to date.
Clearing cookies regularly is a great idea!
Google Chrome is the recommended browser.
Try again, and if things still do not work as they should, please reply giving us more information about your computer and browser and what you have tried.
