My daughter died in Dec 2019. She was a baptized member. She has not attended church since she was a teen ager. How do I get her info into family search so we can complete her ordinances?

Understand that you desire that the membership based record for your daughter to be displayed with the ordinance information.

Go to your ward clerk and have him search for the record and then have him record the death information. You will need some kind of proof that she died for his information. You may have her CRN on an old record from when she was a child and recorded on your Individual Ordinance Summary. Once the death information is recorded then that record becomes public and visible including the ordinances

    Sorry for your loss.
