Regarding Samoa Vital Records

For over a year now, my Samoan ward, several friends, and I have been working hard to index and review the Samoa Vital Records project. Does the entire project need to be completed before these records are searchable?

Thank you!

Thank you for the hard work!

I don't have specific information on the records you and your group are indexing, but it can take a long time before the records come online.

As an example, there was a project near and dear to my heart a few years ago. I indexed many records and recruited many others. The project instructions were first put online in December 2014. The large project (1,479,855 records) was fully indexed and arbitrated on 6 February 2015. The index came online on 23 September 2016.
