Account Not Authorized

´´FamilySearch Family Tree is accessible in Japan only to authorized FamilySearch users. Please contact FamilySearch Support at https://community.familysearch.org/ and provide your username to activate your account.´´

Hi, I currently live in Japan and I cannot search for my ancestors, I get an error saying I need to activate my account, how do I do this? Can anyone tell me? thanks.

    The guest needs to provide his/her Username and Helper Number for the account to be authorized. Sent a message to the patron.
