How do I notify family search about ordinance discrepancies and wrong information?

Jackie Ray Woodward KW8S-XHK ~ he has a yellow temple icon indicating more information needed for sealing to his spouse.

Spouse is still living

Joyce Gardner

They were married and sealed in the Logan Temple on Aug 6, 1954

How do I correct this?

Jideen Gardner GZ19-C9L is listed as deceased. She is still living. And she has completed all ordinances.

Ernest Raymond Sumner LFHM-36K her husband passed in 2020 their records(Jideen and Ernest Ray) indicates a sealing is needed. They were sealed in the Logan temple on Aug 6, 1954, the same day. Joyce and Jideen are sisters.

I spoke with both Joyce and Jideen today to verify my information was correct.

Re:

1. Jackie Ray Woodward KW8S-XHK. While his spouse, Joyce Gardner, is still living the SS ordinance will not show
2. Jideen Gardner GZ19-C9L is listed as deceased. Open her details page, and Edit the Death to Living. This will create a Dead to Living Issue that will be created and resolved
3. Ernest Raymond Sumner LFHM-36K. Basically the same as #1. As Jildeen is still living that SS will not show.

@sherileewoodward1 We have looked at the first individual you are concerned who is Jackie Ray Woodward, ID# KW8S-XHK. You indicated that he was married to Joyce Gardner who is still living. You may have added her information to Family Tree but it will be found in Private Spaces in your FamilySearch Account if you created her record. Because she is living you will not see their marriage and sealing until after she has been deceased for at least one year. Please review the link provided below:

Second, Jideen Gardner, ID# GZ19-C9L, is listed as deceased. You have said that she is still living. To change her death date to living, go to her person page and click on the edit next the Death, change Deceased to Living and enter the Reason This Information Is Correct and click on the Save buton. The reason can be as simple as "I know her and have talked recently with her." The change will be sent to a specialty department and be reviewed. It will take several days for it to be changed. When the death date for Jideen Gardner is changed to living you will not be able to see any of her ordinances because of the Private Spaces policy. You will not be able to see her page unless your created the record for her. See links below:
