Anyone know why

I am working on US New York Index to Land Records grantors and two of the most helpful buttons do not work. Control D (copy text from same field on previous entry) and Control Shift D (copy text from previous entry). Can tech please add these helpful tools to this project!

    Hi @Verna Leavitt Park . I tried both the shortcuts and the equivalent horizontal toolbar icons (7th and 5th from the right, respectively and they both work for me in the Erie version of that project. Maybe it's a problem with your browser - it might need some "housekeeping." Try a different browser or try clearing FS Cookies or all Cache and Cookies. If using a different browser helps, you probably need to clear the cookies/ cookies on your current browser.
