How do I fill fields for birth when not recorded on Baptismal record?

The birth Day, month and year are not recorded on the baptismal records of my batch. I cannot submit without filling these fields. The Month does not accept a symbol. How can I resolve this?

Just put a blank in these fields. It is on toolbar, it is the fourth symbol from the left, it looks a rectangle with a black box with a X in it.
