I would like to transfer all of my people information which is contained within the Ancestry website into my family search account. Can that be done and how can I do it? Thank you for your help!

    Hello @Ed Norfleet

Thank you for posting your question here in the community. If your Ancestry account is connected to your church account you can connect the two accounts and transfer that information through your Ancestry account.

Here are some articles that may help you in that process.

Hi I have had a look at the comments section to this question and most say do not transfer as the information will most likely be in family search already. Start your tree and put in yourself and your grandparents and it it is likely that family search has the rest already. There are Gedcom files but these again can override other peoples work as family search is all one family tree. Hope this helps.
